Hello, I'm Dr. Deb and will do my best to help you today.

I'm sorry that Hope is in such as a situation where you feel she needs pain medication but I wouldn't advise that you give her any Aspirin.

This drug can be toxic to cats since they don't metabolize the ingredients. On very rare occasions, I suggest it for adult cats but I never recommend it for a kitten. The risk of an overdose is just too high, unfortunately:(

If you would let me know what symptoms she has or how she's behaving, I might be able to suggest other, over the counter options for you, though, which would be safe for her.
