my 22 year old feline is having "shivers" and uncontroling shudders. She won't leave my side. Is she have convulsions ? What should I do ?

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. I can't recommend "watchful waiting" a cat of such an advanced age who may be having partial seizures or muscle spasms associated with electrolyte (sodium, potassium, calcium) imbalance, hepatic or renal toxicity. It would be prudent to have Lady attended to by an on-call vet at your earliest convenience. She'll need a thorough physical exam and diagnostics in the form of blood and urine tests before we know why she's behaving in that manner.
