My 8 week old kitten just drank a small amount, maybe 1 table spoon worth of cow milk. what should i do

Hello & welcome, I am Dr. B, a licensed veterinarian and I would like to help you with your wee one today.

If your little lass has had a bit of cow milk, this will not cause any harm at all. If she had quite a bit, then we could see GI upset or diarrhea. But a tablespoon or or two won't cause any issue at all and no treatment would be needed.
