Customer Question

My cat started flailing around, trying to walk hitting the furniture, perhaps some sort of dizziness or seizure ? He vomited then and has been still, but I am afraid if he trys to walk again. it will happen all over. What could be happening with him and is there anything I can do tonight to treat him in any way?
