My older dog who has had tooth problems is excessively

Customer Question

My older dog who has had tooth problems is excessively drooling. Our vet isn't open until Monday - she seems to be in pain - what can I do for her

I am sorry to hear you are worried about you dog. I am a veterinarian; my name is Rebecca. I will do my best to help.

Is she able to eat, and drink?

If you look at her gums, do they look pink, or pale?

If she is eating, and not vomiting, you could try aspirin, or baby aspirin if she is a small dog. If you tell me her weight, I can give you a dosage.

Hope to hear from you soon. Rebecca
