Customer Question

My son and his wife are visiting for the next two weeks. They have two male adult cats.
We have one adult female cat.
My son told me that his cats had /have worms. All 3 cats are "fixed" totally indoor cats. Now all 3 hang out together. My dog, too, has been known to root around the litter boxes
looking for "protein."
I tend to keep the litter boxes fresh and clean. I have not seen any worms yet. What do
you advise me to do?

Hello, I'm Dr. Deb.

I'm sorry for this concern for your pets.

I do have a few additional questions to ask first if you don't mind:

1. Do you by any chance know what kind of worms your son's cats have or had?

2. Do you know if they were treated for them? If so, when?

There may be a slight delay since I have to type up a response to you. Thanks for your patience. Deb
