I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner and I regret that I'm not allowed to communicate with customers by phone. Please tell me if X-rays have confirmed a fracture and where the fracture is in the tail. Does the tail have feeling? We don't splint tails but we do amputate them particularly if feeling has been lost and the tail will then become further traumatized and soiled by feces and urine.
