Customer Question

I have a female cat approx 15 years old. she has been de-clawed in the front, fixed.
She has a herniated umbilicus which she has had for a while. I have not been able to afford to bring her in for a check up. but my concern is over the past couple of months she has began throwing up, some times she meows like some times she is in pain before she throws up. and now she has leaving solid bowel movements on the floor. The litter box is kept clean, the other day she had a bowel movement right next to the litter box. I love my Shadow and I don't even want to think of having to put her down. please can you help me or give me some suggestions?

Does she use her litter box for urine?
Does her stool look very loose or very hard?
