Will it harm him?

Hello. Thanks for the question.

I would want to get this cat into a vet hospital to monitor him. I would give him activated charcoal to bind the drug, and then put him on IV fluids to help maintain his blood pressure and flush it out faster. This drug can cause anything from lethargy to low blood pressure to seizures. It's a fairly small amount, but I would error on the side of caution and do the fluids/ monitoring.
