Usually when a cat urinates on the owners bed he is doing it because he feels safe where he smells your scent. So he is trying to alert you to a problem he has like a UTI or he is marking:
Cats that ear a dry food diet are subject to interstitial cystitis which causes a burning sensation when they void:
Many times this is caused by a dry food diet:
Bleach won't fool a cats nose one bit. Zero odor is the best enzyme product on the market:
Add a few drops of cranberry juice to his water every day to lower the PH of his urine and stop the burning.
Spray the bed with feliway to fool him into thinking the area is already marked.
