My nineteen year old house cat

Customer Question
is a healthy eater and...
My nineteen year old house cat is a healthy eater and hydrates. For the past several months, about one every 6 or 7 days, she eats and within an hour or so vomits her food. She also gets extremely quiet and has tired eyes. She then is lethargic for several hours and has always bounced back. The cat always had a delicate digestion so, when i first got her, i had to search for the right cat food. I know she is an older cat but can you suggest anything i might do?
