if my vet gives my 12.5 pd. cat 1mg of vetalog for allergy's (vetalog 2mg/ml), how much would i give if i had it in kenalog 40mg/ml ?

If you wanted to give 1 mg you would need to give 1/40 of a ml of a 40mg/ml solution. That's equivalent to 0.025 ml of that solution. You'll need a tuberculin syringe to give such a small amount accurately.
