Customer Question

We have been treating my cat Stanley for a uti and now cystitis. He has done s round of anti biotics and 2 rounds of anti inflammatory. He's currently on a pain med but after all this he is still having a significant amount of blood leaking from him and all over the house. They gave him a pheromone collar but nothing has changed as far as "stress"

Hello & welcome, I am Dr. B, a licensed veterinarian and I would like to help you today. I do apologize that your question was not answered before. Different experts come online at various times; I just came online, read about your wee one’s situation, and wanted to help.
Again I do apologize that my colleagues could not aid you sooner. If you would still like assistance, can you tell me:
Has Stanley had any testing done in regards ***** ***** bladder issues?
How long has he had signs?
Was there a stressor at home that could have set him off?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
He's been this way for about 3 weeks. He had an ultrasound and urinalysis. There's nothing different at home.

Thank you,
Do you know if the urinalysis included the urine being analyzed for crystals?
Was a sterile urine sample (taken with a needle/syringe) sent for culture?
