Have taken my 6yr old cat to vet who doesnt know what is wrong. Jacks (cat) eyes were sunken and swollen on one side he was very lethargic, not eating or drinking went to vet next day. they had him on intravenus drip and antibiotics in care two days also applied eye cream. Jack now is paralaysed on one side of his face and getting weaker and wobbly. took him back to vets who gave him antibiotic injection. It has been three days since second visit to vet and he is loosing weight rapid
y. Is there a chance Jack could have Bells Palsy?

I am so sorry Jack has this trouble.
It sounds like Horner's syndrome:
He may also have low potassium which causes muscle weakness.
It is also possible he had a stroke, got a tick bite or ingested a toxin.
His vet should check for tick paralysis, hypokalemia and Horners syndrome.
Have him try a potassium supplement and an anti-inflammatory.
