I would suggest you put Benji on a cooked all meat diet for 3-4 weeks. Nothing else. You can cook for him, use deli meats, or strained meat baby food. 6-8 ounces of food total per day divided in to 2-3 feedings. many cats cannot handle commercial cat foods, especially dry, of any kind.

If after the trial he still is having diarrhea he needs to be checked for giardia, campylobacter, trichomonas, salmonella, cryptosporidium, and obviously undiagnosed worms.

Hope this helps. If so please click<accept> so that we will be here to answer other questions like yours. Thank you.

I cannot cook; am physically disabled. Benji has been dewormed twice/3 times. JUST mushy stool.

Then buy deli meat and meat baby food to use during the food trial.

If you do not eliminate the food as a possible cause, you may be faced with extensive tests and lifelong medication when it could be just a change of diet.

Hope this helps. Are you disabled?

Oh I did not know you were disabled. You should probably not be cooking for the cat then.

Hope this helps.
