We just found tiny black worms on our bed where our cats usually sleep. I've never seen anything like this. Can you tell me what they are?

They are most likely flea larvae. Keep up flea control even for indoor cats since fleas hitch a ride on people and will jump on the cat or wait in the rugs for kitty to walk by. Flea comb her and get her on a prescription flea control from your veterinarians.
