Sorry to hear you have been feeling unwell with the dizziness. As you implied, it is likely the dizziness is caused by the low blood pressure. This is certainly of concern, as if the blood pressure gets too low, the dizziness could worsen and you could even pass out.
In cases like this, we usually recommend holding one of the blood pressure medications - It would be easiest to stop the valsartan, as clonidine is a medication you need to slowly wean off of. The best bet would be to hold off on the valsartan for now and talk to your doctor about the low blood pressures. They may want you on the valsartan eventually as it can have benefits to the heart and kidneys. However, in the short term, to be safe, it would be best to hold it to avoid those low blood pressures.
