Feeling light headed like I...
Feeling light headed like I am going to pass out for a few days now. A few concerns. I am 38 years old, clinically obese, however, I am not dumpy and strength training three times a week. I drink plenty of water and have been working out for since February with no issues. Some insight on me…- I was late with my period by two weeks, that finally came.
- I had a MIBI test which showed a moderate blockage in LAD. The doctor (Cardiologist) said breast tissue may be the culprit so did not believe it. Treadmill test showed abnormal. My Profusion scan was inconclusive as I had a panic attack on the table. There is no calcium build up in arteries though.
- I have Ectopic beats and have for some time. PVCs. The sleep test I underwent showed that I had an arrhythmia, Doctor pushed that aside as well.
- I cannot have any stimulants or coffee as I go into tachycardia if consume.
- I am not taking any medicationHere are my most recent results. TL/DR – High Cholesterol,** I am scared that I am not being heard. I am American living in Canada and have dealt with these issues for the past 4 years now. This concerns me as well:C Reactive Protein (High Sensitivity) A 8.9 mg/L
Interpretation:
This high sensitivity CRP method is
sensitive to 0.3 mg/L and is suit-
able for coronary artery disease
risk assessment:Low Risk <1.0 mg/L
Intermediate Risk 1.0-3.0 mg/L
High Risk >3.0 mg/LValues >7.0 mg/L are significant for
active inflammation or infection.
Interpretation should be based on full
clinical assessment.I have a copy of blood work as well

Hello, this is Dr. David. I am reviewing your question now and will be with you momentarily.

Ask Your Own Cardiology Question

elevated C reactive protein can be from any sort of inflammation in your body

best way to decrease inflammation in your body is to eat more fruits and vegetables and exercise regularly.

at your age, I would not worry about heart disease. you can decrease your risks for heart disease at this point.

I just cannot understand how a heart arrhythmia ( Feels like my hearts gallops and resets at times,) is no cause for concern. And now I am feeling light-headed. 10 when they happen, it comes and goes and is often through the day. When it happens I get confused, my ankles tingle and then I feel like if I do not move fast I am going to pass out. The effect of whatever is causing this IS causing the anxiety.
Customer reply replied 3 months ago
I know you do not know me, and I'm just another number. However, I am really scared.

I understand you are really scared.

bad anxiety symptoms can cause heart arrhthmias, chest pressure, light headedness symptoms and brain fog and confusion.

it is bad anxiety symptoms causing the symptoms you are feeling

you should talk to your doctor about treatment for bad anxiety symptoms

there are medications which can help decrease anxiety symptoms and can help decrease these heart arrhythmia symptoms

medications like beta blockers like propranolol can help

medications like sertraline or fluoxetine or paroxetine can help decrease anxiety symptoms .
