I don’t know how to check my blood pressure but it could be pumping too hard

Which medicine do you take for anxiety regularly?

At which dose?

I take 100mg of lamictal daily and .5-1mg of Ativan as needed. I try to take as little as possible

Thank you for the input.
I am very sorry for your symptoms.
The heart rate of 60 is within normal limits.
In athletes it can be lower.
The tight feeling can be from anxiety.
Heart issues like angina can cause it but it is less common at your age.
Sometimes, gastritic, reflux can occur after drinking.
You can continue your antianxiety medicines.
Zantac, Gas X can be taken too.
If the symptom continues, I would advise to take an examination by doctor.
An EKG, blood work & other tests can be taken.
I hope this information will be helpful.
If you have any query, please feel free to ask.
Your satisfaction is my goal.
