May I see your EKG please?

Ask Your Own Cardiology Question
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
I do not have it.. I wish I did, but I sent it to my cardio and he said all is normal. I should mention that in the past year I also had a nuclear test and all was good
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
is there a number I can fax the test to?
Cardiologist: tazechip, MD replied 4 months ago

Sorry but we can't deal with faxes here

But what exactly was your question about the EKG?

Ask Your Own Cardiology Question
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
It showed an inverted T wave. I told my cardiologist and he said that was nothing to worry about
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
What are your thoughts? He said the reading has been the same for over 2 years and that based on all the other test I have taken that there is no sign of cardio issues? Should I get a 2nd opinion?
Cardiologist: tazechip, MD replied 4 months ago

Did you have an echocardiogram and a stress test?

Ask Your Own Cardiology Question
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
I did.. Echo, stress, nuclear stress test as well where i sat in a chair and they put dye in me an scanned my heart
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
All came out great.
Cardiologist: tazechip, MD replied 4 months ago

Inverted T waves can be an indication of coronary artery disease but with a normal echo and stress test you don't have that

Otherwise, inverted T waves are basically clinically insignificant--the don't indicate a heart problem

So I agree with your cardiologist that there's no need for worry here

Please let me know if you need any more information
