Alright so do you have any stomach issues like indigestion, acidity or reflux ? Does it get worse with food?

It sounds like reflux or acidity that usually aggravates during pregnancy because of increased intra abdominal pressure as you continue to put on weight. This pushes up your stomach contents back into the esophagus causing burning and nausea. Sometimes it continues to persist after pregnancy too.

Antacids like pantoprazole , omeprazole, pepto-bismol, ranitidine can be really helpful. You need to modify your dietary habits and reduce spicy/ fatty food in your diet. Take smaller meals and eat slow. Never lie down immediately after a meal. Keep head end high while you sleep in bed.

Antacids should be taken atleast 20 minutes before food to be effective.
