Customer Question

Second opinion] Do I ask you the question?
JA: Can you tell me about all the symptoms you've experienced (e.g. shortness of breath, heart palpitations, minor physical effort making you feel tired)?
Customer: I have fibro and costcochondritis. I'm 53 overweight female. Non smoker. Good cholesterol and Bp.
JA: Do you know if your family has a history of heart disease? In general, how would you describe your health lately?
Customer: When I walk long distances. Climb stairs or just do my daily activities I feel great. Just got back from Jamsica and climbed up lots of stairs to a waterfall with no problem whatsoever but as soon as I have to walk a bit of an incline I get a burning pain on both sides like my lung area, around my clavicle and my right breast. I never have shortness of breath or fatigue. So wondering if it could be angina? If so why only bother me when I walk an incline?
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: No I think that's it
