Hi there,

This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.

I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Indomethacin can cause leg swelling as side effect.

Also heart failure may be a factor from pericarditis.

A diuretic like Lasix 20-40 mg daily should help.

Please follow a low sodium diet.

No need to stop metoprolol.

Best wishes,

It was my pleasure to help you today.
