Customer Question

I'm a 37 yr old male, 5'11 & 233 lbs. I take mess to keep my cholesterol in check & mess for blood pressure. Both are really good except for my triglycerides.
As of the last 2-3 weeks, I've been experiencing upper left arm pain, sometimes I will get pain under my left shoulder blade with this & other times I may get one or the other. I also experience pain in the same area of one tooth that Can come and go too but have had my teeth checked & nothing is abnormal.
These problems I'm having lead me to think I have something concerning with my heart going on. I have had ekg's done & they come back normal. I have also had a CT scan of my heart done & was told that was ok too with the exception of 10-20% build up in some arteries is what I'm told.
Does this sound like I have a valid concern about what I am feeling? Can this just be anxiety?

if you have had bad anxiety symptoms before like anxiety attacks or excessive anxiety, these would be much more likely to cause you chest pain and left upper arm pain compared to heart related chest pain at your age.

a heart attack at your age would be very very unlikely

an exposed nerve on the tooth can cause tooth sensitivity, especially if you have dry mouth.

a pinched nerve in your neck or upper back can also cause pain in the left upper arm and pain under the left shoulder blade.

excessive neck tension and shoulder tension can cause these types of pains as well.

have you ever needed to take medications for excessive anxiety ?
