I have a condition called hashimotos and lately my heartrate

Customer Question

I have a condition called hashimotos and lately my heartrate has been dropping to 40 bpm..i also get lightheaded and dizzy. I am very concerned because i went to the doctor today my regular internist and he did an ekg in his office and the reading said abnormal QRS changes V3/V4 may be due to LVH but cannot rule out anterior infarct but the doctor said that the interpretation us not accurate and that he interprets it as normal. I am freaking out right now i am only 32 years old and a mommy to a 2 year old. My endocronoligist thinka that my thyroid is giving me bradycardia and thats why i am not feeling well. Please help me!!

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Can you please give me more details
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
Yes, the machine reads patterns
It can't put things into context.
It simply reads patterns in the EKG
A human can put things into context.
In the overall, picture, you EKG is normal
I agree that your bradycardia is from the Hashi

I noticed you reviewed he chat and didn't rate positivewould you mind rating or asking more questions if you have them?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Why would my hashi cause this? Im very sorry for all the questions but i am having severe anxiety over all this especially when you read the word infarct!! Should i be concerned of a heart attack based on this ecg? Did you notice any beadycardia on the reading? Or LPV? What is it exactly?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Also based on this ekg reading do you see any signs of ventricle enlargement or anything alarming about this ekg?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
No, it is a normal EKG. Not sure how else to say that.
It's normal

I understand that...what i am trying to understand is how does hashimotos cause me to have bradycardia? And how can i treat it?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
because thyroid hormone stimulates the heart. With Hashi, everything slows down including the heartyou treat it by giving thyroid hormone
