Yesterday before work I had sudden chest tightness and it hasn't gone away it hurts when I breathe sit and especially when I bend over I very afraid that I will have a heart attack I excerise every day for more then an hour

I don't think you are having a heart attack but I think you have pericarditis.
This is inflammation of the lining of the heart.
It is caused by a virus usually and very common in younger folks
You need to go to ER and have an EKG done right away
