I am 31,m, 130kg, 178cm
I work as a management consultant, 80h weeks, extreme stress, senior meetings all day, lot of traveling, 4x a week in the plane etc.
I have had high blood pressure for the last 5-10 years already.
Between 145-160/90 usually (weekend, on the couch).
I went to the Cardiolooist and did a full check-up (ECG, treadmill, Carotis doppler, Color Echocardioraphy), all looks very good.
he prescribed me with Valsartan 180mg once daily, which i have been taking for the last 30 days.
My BP went down to 135-140/80-85. Did not have any side effects besides a little dizziness in the first 2 weeks.
I am very sure that my BP during a typical workday will still go through the roof. That's why I would like to reduce my BP further.
A) should I increase the dose of Valsartan to 320mg daily?
B) what`s the difference between Valsartan and Olmesartan and Lorsartan? is one of them more potent?
