VerifiedGood day. My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you with your question today. Unfortuately, when running the self diagnostics, we cannot determine the fault in the system with the codes that are provided in that fashion. You will need to have the vehicle scanned with a OBD2 scan tool to provide the correct trouble codes. These codes will display in a format starting with the example "P0101" From there, once the codes are pulled, I will be able to provide advisment on the codes, common faults associated with those code and typical repairs for the codes pulled.
The reason for the difference in codes is that is running a diagnostics on the cluster only. It doesn't pull from the ecu like a obd2 scanner. The cluster like most of the parts are manufactured by 3rd party companies that are contracted to Ford. The codes you are seeing on the cluster are of reference to that particular company and the software they use when programming the cluster
