    Neither engine cooling fans are operable. Engine is at operating temp and it about 85° today. Engaging the A/C switch doesn't turn on the primary fan. Both fans have voltage. Is it safe to assume both fans need replacing or do I need further diagnosis? No codes come up.

    Customer: trying to get the trim off without breaking it, the seat works sometimes and not all the time
    JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
    Customer: I tthink the switch is faulty the seat is six way power and the motors are making a noise clicking and the move

    Hi Tom, thank you for your help. I checked most connectors and cleaned them. I did not see any physical damage or rust. I still need to check the transmission harness. But if it is ok, then the PCM needs to be reprogrammed and how it is done by the dealership or by possible by a mechanic?
