    Rebuilt my engine 2006 toyota corolla and its having a couple issues. First off, the code I am getting is "P2111 throttle actuator control system stuck open". Any idea how to fix that or whats causing that? I tried driving it but it was like the pedal was unresponsive and wouldnt go higher than 1200 rpms in drive. The weird thing is though that the rpms will go higher when I am in neutral though. It also shifts very hard for some reason. I put it into drive or park and it jolts the car pretty good. Please help me figure out what this issue is!

    Ok so going back to fuel pump not kicking on you can jump it and car runs great but something is not making a connection I losened fuse box from fire wall and fuel pump started working normally with key on it started up no problem tightened back up no good took it off firewall did not see anything disconnected put it back together start up as soon as I tightened it down no good so is it engine harness or interior harness or a certain wire I should be looking for
