Customer: my Nissan Navara 2013 STX 550 Diesel was is running fine with no problems except the motor will not turn off

Customer: i cleaned the car put new seat covers on the front left all the doors open to air out noticed the dash lights started flicking with the key off so I shut all door and started the car drove perfectly everything was correct with the gauges stopped and turned off the car but the motor would not turn off so I pulled the stop relay out and the motor stopped when I put relay back in the dash lights go back to ready to start mode even if key position is off you can still turn on and start it everything works as normal I swapped around the relays checked all fuses and wiring under the seat that I may have disturbed can you help me to switch off normally

Customer: I do small repairs

Doors will not unlock/lock with key fob or door handle
JA: How long have you had trouble locking the vehicle? Have you double checked the batteries in the keyfob?
Customer: It started yesterday and batteries changed

Customer: 2015 BMW 535i
