wenn ich nach dem Auslaufen wieder starte springt er an und ich kann wieder eine zeitlang fahren
bis er wieder schlagartig ausfällt, im Leerlauf läuft er sauber schaltet aber auch hier nach einiger Zeit ab
machmal fährt er auch länger

This sounds like an electrical actuator or sensor at fault .Usually when you can cycle the ignition key on / off and then restart the engine and the fault is gone temporarily this indicates that this is an electrical component causing this issue.

This could be a wiring issue as things tend to expand when hot and its possible a poor or partial electrical connection is being pushed apart on one of the major sensors so check the connection plug and wiring to the following;
Airflow meter
Crank position sensor
Cam position sensor
O2 sensor
Throttle position sensor

unplug each in turn and use some switch / contact cleaner spray on the pins to ensure its all grease / dirt free

Also worth checking the connections to the fuel pump for the same reason - unplug each in turn and give them a good squirt of switch / contact cleaner - Not WD40

and also unplug and inspect the main power relays and fuses for signs of overheating or corroded terminals - so the ones for the ECU and the fuel pump

And also unplug the wiring loom connections in the engine bay one at time and inspect for corroded or recessed pins.

Check the resistance of the spark plug leads ( 13-15Kohm / metre) and replace if any doubt or high resistance - Also replace the spark plugs if any of them fail this checklist:

Danke für die Info,
habe ich auch schon teilweise Kontakte gereinigt
dachte auch erst an einen Wackelkontakt, oder Erhitzung eines Bauteiles,
aber ich kann ja meist sofort wieder Starten ohne Abkühlung und er läuft wieder eine Zeit lang ???
Werde morgen weiter reinigen, da heute ein Sauwetter ist und sehr kalt
habe keine Garage dafür.

as its suddenly cutting out like this I'd consider replacing the crank speed sensor as the next step and also try a new ECU / DME relay and fuse

Wenn der OT-Geber defekt ist wird er doch wohl garnicht starten und eine Weile laufen
bzw. gefahren werden können. Ich habe eher die Vermutung, dass etwas mit der Bezinzufuhr
nicht stimmt. Druckabfall, aber wie und warum, und warum stopp der Motor ohne vorher zu stottern ?
so schnell baut sich der Druck doch nicht auf. Werde morgen mal den Filter wechseln und den
Druck in der Leitung messen, auch bei laufendem Motor, weiß aber noch nicht wie, habe nur ein Manometer für Wasser und eine Reifendruckmesser.

OK if you're confident the crank speed sensor is OK ( it would be worth measuring its resistance across the two pins should be 1350 Ohm) if its different this then replace it

and to measure fuel pressure I'd agree is a good idea but it needs some extra equipment to do as you have to attach a pipe to the fuel injector rail

see the attached imaged for how its usually done

and test kit is now quite cheap

wenn der motor ausgeschaltet wird, darf der Benzindruck nach einer ? - Zeit auf Null fallen,
oder muß ein gewisser Druck bleiben

Hello

when the engine is switched off the fuel pressure should stay up at 2.15 bar so its not as high as other engines

and its then normal for it to slowly die away over 30 mins or so

nein er geht immer noch aus, kann dann aber sofort wieder gestartet werden
$mal war der ADAC da, konnte aber auch wirklich nicht helfen
da ich im Moment mit einer Erkältung im Bett liege, komme ich nicht weiter
