I have an 08 Scion tC, the code came out po137, changed 02 sensor still showing code, checked ignition coil, sill the same code, checked for air leaks couldn't find one unless I missed something, the car is hesitating.can you please help me out, thank you

If you're asking about the time frame, yes you can see it, if the fuel trim readings is something else on the scanner I don't think so

On the sensor data you should see something that looks like "LTFT" or "STFT". This would help to diagnose this issue.
