i drive a 2002 1.8 t vw jetta, i just had a new pressure plate put in for my clutch and it was running better than ever. it ran for 4 days until it just wouldn't start. i turn the key and it doesnt even crank. all dash lights come on, i can hear relays clicking, engine electronics are going, just no crank. it doesnt even try to start. so i checked my ignition switches for my clutch pedal & my ignition in my steering wheel and theyre all fine. code reader gave code P0010. I need help.

hello lets start with basics battery reads 12.6 volts?

solenoid seems to be fine

solenoid seems to be fine? explain? are you getting current while cranking to starter solenoid?

Customer: replied 24 days ago.
i get current when trying to crank

if battery is good and cables are good and you are getting current to solenoid then starter is bad

Customer: replied 24 days ago.
