Thank you. If the rest of the lights are fine then you have an internal failure in the navigation unit. This is a common problem. In some cases it is an internal hardware issue and it will need to be replaced. I will usually try resetting it by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to see if it will reset. If not then it may be bad. If this occurred right after the accident then it may have causing something with the unit to break free.
