Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If you've lost both reverse and third gear it's because power isn't being transmitted to the geartrain from the front clutch. The problem could be that the front clutch isn't applying due to clutch damage or possibly a valve body issue, or it may be a planetary geartrain failure of some sort. Clutch failure would be more common but it would usually slip to some degree before stopping altogether.

I hope that helps! My goal is your satisfaction today. If you feel I've been professional and helpful, your 5-star rating at this time is most appreciated. However, if you still need my help you can reply back here and I'll respond as soon as possible! Thank you!
