The symptoms you are experiencing points towards a contamination in the cylinder when the vehicle sits for a while. Most common causes for that on this vehicle is a leaking fuel pressure regulator, leaking fuel injector or internally leaking intake manifold gaskets.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
ok...car did idle a little rough after it set a couple hours yesterday, but it eventually cleared up...it has been checked a couple times for possible gases caused by a cracked head or a manifold gasket leak and showed no signs of gasses...where is the fuel pressure regulator located?...
Expert:  Gunvir Singh replied 1 month ago.

It is located on the fuel return pipe.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
how do I check/test this fuel pressure regulator
Expert:  Gunvir Singh replied 1 month ago.

You will need a a fuel pressure guage. When you turn on the ignition it will show you the fuel pressure, see if the fuel pressure drops fast when ignition is turned off. Also check if there is gasoline present in the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose. That indicates a leaking fuel pressure regulator.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
where is fuel pressure vacuum hose and how do I check to see if gas is present in it...
