Is the leak coming from the injector rail or the line that connects to the rail?
That usually means the fuel supply line is leaking , dose it have a clamp on it?

Unfortunately no there is no recall on your 1990 New Yorker for this type of leak, in mot cases it usually caused by the fuel line deteriorating due to the age of the car and the fix is going to be to have these lines replaced.
Unfortunately we are not a parts supplier and your going to need to go to a part supply store to get the replacement line as well as pricing. The replacement line is usually sold by the foot. Stop at your local parts store and have them look at it and they can give your pricing.
