Customer Question

Hi, I have a water leak behind the engine. It's hard to see but it looks like there is a small plastic wye connection where two hoses are connected.
JA: What part of the car is the leak coming from? And are you sure it's water?
Customer: It's hard to see but yes, I am sure it's water. It's not coming from the A/C outlet hose though, but close to that area.
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: It's a Kia Sorento 2004 EX 4WD 3.5 Gas Engine.
JA: Are you fixing your Sorento yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have not brought it to the shop yet. I'm basically a DIY person so I'm trying to see first if I can fix this one.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, that's basically it. Been searching the internet how that part is called but nothing so far.

It could be this: Kia Sorento Heater Coolant Water Hose Outlet 97312-3E000.I'm not sure, though, if this part is the one located near the firewall (middle area) and can only be seen (barely) from the underside of the vehicle.
