Customer: My 2009 Cad SRX has OnStar and it is paid and I have minutes. The red light came on and they tell me I have to take it to a this repair costly and can it be done by someone like you?
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: Oh, the red light on the right side of the mirror
JA: Are you fixing your SRX yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Nothing, this just happened this week

The dealer will have to perform this. There is a reset procedure for this problem. The dealer will also need to scan the system and check for codes. This will narrow down where the problem is.
