Hello, thanks for posting

Open the fuse cover panel at the left lower dash, remove the cover inside, the fuses are diagrammed in the cover, the There are three larger fuses to the right, the one in the middle is the P/W fuse, this is the power window fuse, check it and check the other two as well.t

thanks for the reply but I'm afraid it didn't help. The fuse panel is in the right lower dash for me, I'm in Australia. Is that the fuse panel you meant? It has thirteen fuses in it, they are all the same size.

Yes that would be the same panel, maybe not the same as in the US.

Hello and welcome to just answer. just wondering if you require more help?

please. I still can't locate the fuse for the power windows on a '98 rav4 cabriolet. Thanks.

Pleased to help. It is rare that the power window relay will fail. Personally, I would look to see if there is power at the master switch on the driver's door. Anywhere. If the is NO POWER, you have a broken wire between the door & the LF kick panel where the wires come thru the body into the door shell. If there is power, the master switch is normally the culprit
