My ball baring where missing out my old stater so I replaced the starter do I have to reprogram my Range Rover after that

Hello. Most commonly this is caused by a battery with insufficient power to crank the engine but could also be a bad starter which it looks like you replaced or a bad connection at a cable. Have you tried to jump start the truck?
