I have a Opel Omega B from 1994 3.0/6 and have a problem wit the timing belt change. The mechanic who does it cannot find the "little know how " how to corectly adjust the new belt.
It is here in France and no one is capable to know something about it....

Hi Joseph.

It's not so much the procedures, but the special tools which are required to install that timing belt correctly and get the engine to run right. Any local shop that specializes on German cars should have the tool kit. Click here for PDF file explaining what those tools are and how to use them.
