Trying to change the outside bulb on my 2001 diamante but

Customer Question

Trying to change the outside bulb on my 2001 diamante but can't even get the assembly off the back. I don't know if its one piece or two and I'm afraid to break it. How do I get it off to get to the bulb. Driver side and very cramped quarters.
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: it's the low beam front driver side headlight. I'm trying to squeeze the back bulb attachment to get the bulb out but cant ever get that the attachment off? What am I doing wrong
JA: OK got it. Last thing — Auto Mechanics generally expect a deposit of about $24 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.
