Brake light is on
Pedal goes almost all the way down when braking
Fluid level was at minimum added fluid no help
Rotors are ok Pads seem ok no scraping noise
Rear brakes are drums

Hello I will help you with your question,

If the pads on the brakes are OK then you have a leak. You will need to find the leak and repair it then bleed the air out of the master to restore the braking.

Have you inspected the brake pads and the lines, calipers and master for leakage?

The fluid had to go somewhere
