when I turn my head lights on I hear a click sound near my glove compartment and my right head light does not come on. What could be wrong?

The issue could be the bulb, a wiring issue, or possibly a blown fuse. Some vehicle have individually fused headlamp circuits and some do not. The most likely cause for a headlamp not working would be the bulb itself.
