Have you replaced any components or have any codes? Why no cats?

Replaced the distributor pickup.
Installed egr block off plate.
I bought the truck with the cats removed

I take it that your foot is off throttle? Can you take another picture? Turn off engine, turn key on. push accelerator to floor. take picture

Ok on bottom of engine is a knock sensor (pic attached). Can you unplug it and drive and tell me if it is better?

I found one close to the distributor and unplugged it. Still does the same thing

Ok. Just wanted to rule that out. My suspicion is the gear on the bottom of your distributor is worn. Remove distributor and inspect. The new gear is brass usually and lasts longer.

Took the distributor out today and the gear looks like new. Maybe it was replaced before I bought the truck
