Hello there.
DTC P1000 is something Ford/Jaguar/Rover/Volvo use to advise generic scan tool users one or more monitors have not been executed. Unfortunately, P1000(27) and P1000(35) are not viable OBD-II codes we could use to formulate a diagnosis.
In your Discovery, engine controls are tied in with anti-lock brakes and suspension systems. Add that to the fact that Land Rover does not support diagnostic information using aftermarket scan tools and it is virtually impossible to make an accurate diagnosis without using their Testbook/T4 or similar scan tool with the appropriate software.
Best Regards.
