When first taking off there is clunk sound and feels like something

Customer Question

when first taking off there is clunk sound and feels like something below me moves backwards and feel it when stopping without noise though. had mechanic put up on hoist and there is a massive roll in the crank shaft before it engages the rear wheels so the clunk is the crank spinning a half roll before turning the wheels. Its a jeep grand Cherokee 2007 5.7lit, do allot of towing and was giving it hell not to long ago before it started happening.
