Customer: replied 3 years ago.

no it's not mine how do you check the fluid do not see a dip stick and yes the shift display matches the actual shifter position not sure about the other details

do you know if the vehicle was jump started with jumper cables ?
did this happen out of the blue one day?
were any noise heard before this happened ?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

i'll find this out shortly and by the way how do you check the transmission fluid

this is how you check it
i would also drain it out and see if the fluid is black or there is any debris in the fluid
all sighns so far are saying there is internal clutch failure

can not access that link

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

just happen all of a sudden and no problems prior to this and no it was not jump started

ok see what that old fluid looks like
like i said i think you have an internal transmission failure
as usually no matter what you should have A forward gear no matter what
and those codes all lead to internal clucth slippage and internal failure
